WARRANTIES/ GUARANTEES

DEATHTRAP INC  DOES NOT WARRANTY ANY ITEM SOLD BY US BY THE EXCEPTION OF OUR OWN FABRICATED PARTS.

The manufacturers supply their own warranties and guarantees and most do not permit a distributor to make any adjustment, replace any part or accept for return or exchange any defective or unsatisfactory item. Please follow the guarantee instructions provided by the manufacturer. Manufacturers require warranty returns to be accompanied by written information regarding length of time used, what caused the failure and any other information necessary. The consumer must also provide a copy of the retail invoice of the defective item. Any damages arising from the design or manufacturing of any item are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer. Most manufacturers have a warranty period of 90 days from the date of retail sale. Contact Customer Service for details on a particular product line or item.
